• 90 minutes free use of all spa facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, communal areas) £49 (10% Discount on Groups of 3+)

• Deep Tissue Sports Massage:
• Perfect for gym goers and sports enthusiasts. This is a very specialised form of therapy working on joints and soft tissue

 

• Relaxation Massage:
• A full body massage designed to soothe and relax stressed, aching muscles and restore your sense of calm

 

• Swedish Massage:
• An oil massage known to reduce muscle tension and relieves anxiety and stress, promotes relaxation and leaves you with a feeling of well-being

 

• Indian Head Massage:
• Based on old Ayurvedic techniques, involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, this massage helps reduce stress, fatigue, and eyestrain, increase mental clarity, relaxes and rejuvenates

 

• Aromatherapy
• This Essential Oil therapy can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit

 

• Reflexology
• Massage to the soles of the feet to stimulate the flow of energy in the body. Applying pressure on certain areas of the feet promotes health in the corresponding parts
